Despite having a good profile, and constantly applying, why am I not getting responses from clients?

When my JSS score is also good (88%) and I have lots of 5-star ratings with great reviews on the 70 projects I have completed, yet I am not getting any response from clients despite submitting proposals on regular basis?

Has the Upwork algorithm setting made things difficult or there are other issues? Please help.

Capture client attention with your proposals and try not to recycle proposals. I mean using the same proposal over and over again. Secondly, submit proposals for jobs that you can handle comfortably
