How to block job offers from someone?

I literally see the same job offer over and over again for the same client. 

Basically, a copy and paste description. The weird part is the guy has a 98& hiring rate but I just don´t intend to apply for that job.

Is there a way to "filter" out those repetitive jobs from appearing on the job feed?

I think it is a fantastic idea.

I see no downside.

But such functionality is not in place.
