Device Authorization Issue

Hi 

 

I cannot open my settings or withdraw any amount from my Upwork account.. Can anyone assist with the possible solution?

Hi Jehanzeb,

 

It looks like you've added an extra layer of security to your account by setting up an authenticator app to confirm that it's you. Please use the code from the app you downloaded when setting this up. If you need any further assistance please let us know!

Hi Andrea,

 

Thank you so much for the prompt response. But unfortunately, I lost my cellphone. and I don't have access to previous codes or authenticator app backup. But I have all the credentials including phone number/email and security questions. 

Please guide me what should I do now.
