Direct Contract Issue

Hello, my client paid through the direct contract. She was debited but the contract was not accepted on my end.

 

pls look into this.

Hello, all the contracts I sent are showing 

"Waiting To Be Accepted" 

None of it is showing that it has been accepted. 
And the client has paid for one but it isn't showing on my end

I've attached a screenshot of one of the contracts. It shows "waiting to be accepted", but the client has paid already and got debited. 
Pls look into it.

Hi Afolabi,

 

I have checked your account and the contracts you're referring to. It looks like your client hasn't accepted your payment request. Please note that for a fixed-price contract, once you request payment from your client they will have 14 days to accept or reject the request. If they don’t take action after 14 days, the funds are automatically released to you.
