Hi,

We hired an ORM Expert Indian freelancer **Edited for Community Guidelines** for our ORM work in Canada. We cancelled his contract because of his poor response and performance. Inspite of this he charged us from our credit card and took out $118.24, such people are very dangerous and work on their own will. We want our money back. Please help!

Thank you for reaching out to us and I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I checked your account and found that the freelancer has issued a refund which is currently pending. I also saw that there were hours logged for billing week 05-23 to 05-29. Please know that on the client's side, you have until this Friday at 11:59 PM UTC to review the freelancer's work diary and file a dispute if you wish to not release the payment.
