Email Regarding fee downgrade

Recived an email this morning from Upwork. At first, I was not sure what it was. First time I've had significant hours since the Freelancer Fee update.

 

Anyways, I'm crazy happy about this. I am not a fan of the recent fee hike, and have been gritting my teeth every pay period.  And for once, I thought the email was really cheery.  This is the main image they are using for this notification, and it certainly caught my eye; (I tend to scan and delete Upwork messages super fast.). So, kudos for good presentation.
