Email from Upwork on potential job matches

I have recently been getting email from Upwork stating something like

"Hi Robert, here are 12 jobs that you may like..."

Two points -

1. How can I stop these? I already have opted out of any notifications I can unless a new category has come up recently.

2. I find if amusing that they tell me there are 12 new jobs and the email only lists about 5 or 6.
