Hi everybody!
Here I am Saif, and I need a solution for my issue regarding the "Fluent English verified badge" on my Upwork profile. I have an MS in computer science, and upon completing my degree, my university awarded me an English fluent proficiency certificate. Can I obtain an English-fluent-verified badge based on this certification? Please advise.

The English verification is not manually granted from what I know. Clients have the option to rate your English fluency based on their interaction with you  along with providing feedback when a contract ends. When you have enough clients rating your English fluency as the level you have stated on your profile, then a verification badge appears.
