Error in uploading my work for submission

I experienced an error while uploading my work for payment. I have already changed browsers but still, it says the same thing. My file is 3MB. I appreciate your help and assistance. Thank you so much. Problems uploading files

Although Nikola is looking into this, I can suggest uploading the file to Google Drive (or any other file sharing service), make it available to everyone with the link, and submit the link as your work, instead of the file. The client then wouldn't have to wait for Upwork to resolve this, as they can download your file that way.
