Escrow Refund Requests by Client

A client I´ve been working with for the past year or so is requesting an escrow refund of a contract we decided to end a couple of weeks ago.

My question here is that the money left in escrow does not appear on my end anymore but he was able to sent the request either way.

These are the details...

Funded

 $354.00

Paid

($150.00)

Amount
$204.00

So, the amount to be returned is the $204 which we previously agreed but, but again, I stopped seeing that amount on my escrow for a couple of weeks now so, I was under the impression that money was already returned to me the client.

My question is, if I accept this request will the $204 come from my own pocket? Thoughts?

Hi Roger,

Apologies for the delay in our response. I checked and can confirm the $204 are still in Escrow on the contract. You can check that here. You can't see it in your Reports because it is not part of an active milestone. If you accept the request you'll be returning the funds that are currently in Escrow for the contract.
