Getting stuck with "Not_Verified" while submitting proposals

Hey,

I have been in the UpWork ecosystem for 15+ Yrs (since the Elance and oDesk days). Nothing has been changed/ updated on my Account in the recent past. Yet, this morning onwards, I have been facing this "Not_Verified" error, which stops me from submitting proposals. Requesting some help and attention, please.
