Faster Payment Problem for Hourly Contract

Dear community members,
I am top rated freelancer and I was supposed to get payment available in review this Friday morning (11AM my local time or 5AM UTZ-0) according to Upwork faster payment method. But unfortunately it didn't work. I have already waited for it the entire today. Last week it happened and fixed automatically after few hours later, but at this time it is not fixed yet and payment is still in review. Is there anyone else having the same issue today for upwork bug?

While we can't share specific details, please note that if there are some issues and the client's billing method cannot be successfully charged before the cutoff time for the faster payouts, the payment may be delayed.
