Financial Transactions Limited - But no emails?

Hi all,

This "financial transactions limited" error message popped up after I updated my legal name on Upworks. I have not received any email for details as suggested. 

At the moment it left me the impression that perhaps I can't get paid even if I accomplish my job for clients.

Anyone from the Upwork team can assist?
