Financial transactions have been limited

Hi guys, 

I've had financial transactions limited on my account for almost two months now.

After contacting upfront support I was instructed to provide I.D and address verification; which I did yesterday and later received an email from upwork that verification was complete. 

On my account however, financial transactions are still limited. 

What should I do now?
