Fixed Price Order Pending Balance

The client gave feedback with fixed price order & approved it on 28th January. But today is February 6th, 9-10 days gone but the balance is now pending. Where it should take 3-4 days, it's taking so long, but why isn't the balance added? Can anyone tell me why it is happening? And when the pending will add-on balance?

Thank you for your message. I do not see any active contract or pending payments on this account. The last contract was ended in Nov 2022.

Actually, in my Friend's Upwork Aaccount this problem is happening. He can't understand what should he do now. I asked in community for him. Please tell me about this issue if you can. Thank you very much
