As far as I can see there should be a gray part there since there are remaining milestones.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to clarify that this is by design. The Remaining Milestones section refers to milestones that have not been funded yet. It looks like you already have funded milestones on the contract, so it is not showing in the progress bar.
