Flickering Project Modal

This is not a Cookie or Caching issue. This is an issue with the code trying to resize content in the modal. Also, this appears to be a Chromium browser issue, because this happens in both Chrome and Edge. This does not occur in Firefox.

Below is another link to a screencast, in which I have Chrome on the left and Edge on the right. I tested both and then switched to Firefox and tested the same modal. Testing in the Edge and Firefox browsers eliminates this thought of Cashing or Cookies because this is the first time these two browsers visited Upwork.
