For Upwork Administrators

I had an Upwork account. I closed it accidentally. Before few minutes I closed it I changed it email address. After that I opened another account by giving previous email address of closed account and it was not approved and suspended. At that moment I didn't know it is not allowed to open a new account with same email address after closing an account. What should I do now? Should I close this account, suspended account and reactivate the first account? Or can I continue towards from this account without reactivating the first account? Please help me!
