Hello Shehan, I hope you are well! Thank you for the resources that are available on Upwork. 

In addition to Tanveer's question, are you able to recommend any certified courses that will help enchance on Upwork as a freelancer? I wasn't sure where to search for this but if it helps, my area of expertise is in Administration, Customer Support, Executive and Financial.
