Freelancer Membership Plan

I wanted to go from Freelancer Basic Plan to Freelancer Plus Plan but when I go to the plan page with my phone I see 21.99 USD and when I go with my desktop computer I see 14.99 USD, why is this? So which one should I pay? Please help me in this matter.

Freelancer Plus membership plan is a monthly subscription for $14.99 (USD). You can upgrade using your desktop computer if you see a different charge on your phone. If you wish to upgrade using your phone, please click on my name next to this post and send me a private message with the screenshot of your upgrade page on your phone so I could check and assist you further.
