Get paid now - did not receive funds

I have set up the Get Paid Now process.  I went through everything and for the last four days my balance says $0 as if I have been paid.  Yet I have not received my funds.

I checked your account, and it looks like your funds are currently pending. You can check your transaction history page to view when the funds will be available for you to withdraw.  Pending payments become available for you to withdraw after the standard five-day security period. Where is the "transaction history page"? I do not see this. I also do not
show any pending transactions in my bank account.

So please help me understand this process.

The client puts money in your escrow account and sits there until the job
is done. Then the funds are released and in order for me to "Get Paid Now"
I use your paid service once again, then only to find out I have to wait
another five days to receive funds minus your 20%. Is this how it works?

If so, are there quicker ways of getting paid once the job is completed?

Yes, this is how it works.

Hi Brent,

Once the funds are approved by the  client they will become available to your account after our 5 day security period is completed. 
As a freelancer, you’re also charged a sliding fee based on your lifetime billings with each client. To learn more about this check out this Help Article. If something is still confusing, let me know. Thank you.

What was confusing to me was the Get Paid Now option. Going through this
process there wasn't a mention of a five-day wait. Then, I could not see
where the money had gone.

I think I understand now. Just not a fan of the process I guess now that I
know.

Hello mam i used get paid now payment process but over 24 hours for get paid i did not received my payment.

And my available balance shows 0$.

Hi Dharmesh,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We checked and it seems that the transaction is still in process. Direct to local bank transfers may take up to 4 business days before the funds are reflected in your account. Holidays in the US and in your location can also delay the process. Please let us know if after 8 business days the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you.
