Getting error when I tried to close the agency

Hello,

When I tried to close the agency. I saw the error message. Could you please help me to close the agency which I created? 

Agency Name = "Tech Solution On Demand"

To close my agency account, I followed these stesps.

1. Went to agency profile,

2. Agency Setting -> "Close My Agenncy" button
