It can't be reversed. Today is the date of the quarterly scheduled withdrawal that you set up. Upwork also can't keep any funds for more than 180 days. I suggest you create a reminder for a few days before the quarterly withdrawals to make sure this doesn't happen again (it's happened to me, too).

Yes, but part of it was over 180 days old, so Upwork can't keep it on your account any longer due to escrow regulations, so it had to be withdrawn.
