HOW to opt out with client after 2 years

I would like to move existing clients off Upwork.  There is no opt out fee as we have been working with them for many years.

I may be missing soemthing, but I cannot find the process for doing this.  After all this time, if it is soemthibng the CLIENT needs to do, I would l;ike to message them and tell them how to do this.

Also, assuming we do opt out, how do we exchange email addresses, as these are prohibited in messages to clients.

Thank you!

Upwork now calls opting out "converting" a contract. Here are the details:

Exchanging contact information with clients is only prohibited before an UW contract is in place.
