Have my funds been withdrawn?

Hello

I have spent quite a while searching the forums, talking to a robot and trying to get help. How do I find out whether my funds have been withdrawn and sent to my local bank account? I got a message last Friday that I had been paid, but I have still not received anything.

Hi Eve,

I checked your account but was not able to locate any withdrawals. At the moment you have available and pending earnings on your profile. To view in what stage your funds are, go to Reports > Overview. To withdraw your earnings you will need to click on the Get Paid button.
Once you`ve initiated a withdrawal a transaction will be created as well and you will be able to view it under Reports > Transaction History. Thank you
