The time on my profile on my laptop is different from the time on my upwork moblle phone app. The time on my laptop is hours ahead.The correct time is that on the mobile app on my phone. How do i resolve this so that they match?

Could you please try clearing cache and cookies and also check your computer's time and date settings? Please make sure sure that they sync automatically.
