Having an issue of security question forgotten

I forgot my current security anwser and I want to reset it and follow the help center guidance still have not change it. It is still asking for the current one and forgotten but still keep bringing the notification failure to verify security anwser.

Before you can set a new security question, you’ll have to answer your current one correctly. Its mandatory.

I have the same problem. I have forgotten the answer to my "Security Question". Attempting to reset it, I get a 6 digit code a onetime login purpose. AND QUESS WHAT, it ask for the already forgotten answer for the Security Question to set the NEW Security Question.

This makes the old Security Question non-reset(able). This makes no sense. The reset does not work either from the mobile app or from the website.
