Help, what should I do if the customer does not pay?
Today, the Indian customer did not pay again, the chat records and the contract milestone agreement requirements, after the completion. Present new demands and reasons for non-payment. It's the first time I've seen it, please give me an idea. I have submitted to arbitration, what else do I need to do? Kindly contribute opinions.

If you are already in arbitration, the professionals there will direct the next steps and what to do.
If you were not in arbitration, of course it's always best to work things out with the client.

Just settle it with the client, this person is a scoundrel. The requirements of the contract he signed and the milestones he established were not recognized. I have been unable to communicate. I don't want to serve him anymore.
