Get 70% of the first contract spend up to $150 for every new client referred to Upwork & 5% commission for repeat contracts for spending up to $150.
Can someone make me understand this thing with an example?
suppose one client I get to sign up from my affiliate link. he spends $300 for the first contract in upwork, I will get $210 but as it terms up to $150 I will get this amount. Then again he spends $100, then I will get $5 only? or how it works. If he spends $60 for the first contract I will get 70% or 5%? actually, the calculation is too confusing.
