How I can ask a question from real specialist on Upwork? I wanted change my payonner accoount to another. I deleted current method but when adding new it is added that accoun which i removed. Please help me

Thank you for reaching out to us. Consider setting up a second payment method as a backup. Then, if your first payment method isn't available for some reason, you will still be able to access your funds. You can add as many methods as you want and make changes as needed.
Could you please try adding your other preferred payment method without removing the old one? Let us know if you're still having the same issue and we'll look further into that for you. Hello. You didn't quite understand my question. I want to change the Payoneer account to another one. When I delete the current one, it gets deleted, and when I try to add another account, the same old account gets added. The point is, I want to change the account specifically in the Payoneer payment method.

Hi. I have done it so you said. I tryied it in another browser. But th same problem. I delete method and add new it is automatically it adds old method
