How I understant the job is closed before i sent proposal?

All my proposals show this job is closed.. how do I notify you that this proposal has already expired?  
please help...

Hi Md. Abu,

You do not need to notify when a job post is closed. If the client has closed the job without hiring or the job was removed by Upwork for a TOS violation, your Connects will be automatically returned to you. This is not applicable to expired job post.
