How can I contact upwork official staff to help me solve the problem?

I have a client who hasn't rated me, can't find anyone, and hasn't been online for two months. Previous project milestones have been completed. I ended the contract myself. (I knew it wasn't over)
But my job success rate is down, and my talent badge is gone. May I ask how to solve it?
How can I contact the staff for help?

You can create support ticket. But it is useless, you will receive template answer from bot. Dont waste your time.

So how can I solve this problem? My reputation and job completion rate are gone. This is disgusting. This customer has never been online, and it seems that the problem has been solved. Do not use this account anymore.
So how can I protect my rights? Or do you mean create a new account?

You cannot.

Support bot will say you that is very big secret and won't share details. Thats all.

Customer will create couple accounts for sure. I think already created.

You cannot create new account, it is rules violation.

So keep working as-is, do more jobs, collect good feedbacks.

This is nowhere near as big a deal as you think it is. You have 2  5-star reviews and one client didn't rate you (this is very common). Nobody is going to see that and think you're a bad freelancer.

The problem is that my badge is gone. And the success rate of the work is below 90%. This allows me to communicate with other clients, the client will not read my proposal.
I didn't give an evaluation, because this customer has completed the milestone before, and doesn't want to pay the fee, but there is a contract escrow mechanism, and it will be given to me after 14 days. And then I haven't been online for a month or two. There was no communication either. I terminated the contract myself. (I didn't know customer reviews would lower these)
