I have just spent 30 totally fruitless minutes trying to work with the (fairly useless except for the most simplest issues)
I logged around $500 worth of timesheets to the worng client. I understand they cant be transferred to the correct client. I realised this 3 minutes after the deadline. I do NOT want the wrong client billed so I simply need these time sheets removed so they are not billed. This client is not likely to even read my message and delete the time sheets as they only pop up when they need something.
I will deal with the correct client
Why can I not contact anyone?? I dont have the time to keep going in a loop.
