If I have a long term (several months long) hourly contract, how is my JSS affected? Will it only be affected once the contract is ended, or will it also be affected while the contract is ongoing?

Mickael,
The Job Success Score (JSS) will be affected while the contract is ongoing, and not just when it is ended. Freelancers with longer-term contracts are judged on several factors to determine their JSS, including their ability to complete work on time, client feedback and their overall performance on the job. It is important to make sure you are meeting expectations throughout the contract in order to maintain a good JSS score. Also click the Academy link on the top of this page for more detailed information. Have a great day!

Hi Mickael,
Thank you for your message. Having a long term contract is a positive indicator and can impact the score favorably even when opened.
Thank you,
Pradeep
