How much time Payoneer will take to approve "Business Details questionnaire".

Hi, Hopefully, everyone is fine and running.

I have submitted  "Business Details questionnaire" on 25 October 2021 as shown in the attached picture below. Almost 10 days passed but the status is still under review. 

How much time Payoneer can take a approve it.

Any Ideas?
