How to become top rated

Hello everyone. This morning I got my JSS of 92% and I had been rising talent for 13 weeks so my eligible weeks for top-rated is 13 right now and I meet all the requirements of earning more than $1000 and 100% complete profile and no recent holds. I have added my stats screenshot. Can you help me know when will I become Top-rated?

It usually takes a while to update. Your RT status will likely change to top rated in the next day or two.
