Hi,
I began creating my profile, and didn't realize that I would be "locked in" to a specialty. I can't find any information on how to change this; the support bot suggested that I contact support, but nowhere on the site can I find support.

Click any article @ Upwork Help Center, and in the bottom you will see an option to contact Upwork Customer Service.

Hi Amanda,
Following up to clarify that if you're referring to the specialties you've previously selected (up to five), you can add additional or change the ones you selected initially later, after completing the profile creation process.
