Hello,
I'm a web and database developer hoping to work as a freelancer of Upwork.
So I tried to create a new account on the Upwork platform.
But they don't approve of my proposal.
They advised me to change my skills, so I added my skills and resubmitted them.
I have submitted proposals almost every day for the past month but they do not accept them.
So I'm trying to close my account but I can't close it because Upwork told me my account has been suspended.
Can you explain what this means?

Upwork has way, WAY too many freelancers. According to Upwork's CEO, 98% of all people who try to join, are rejected.
Of the 2% who are accepted, the vast majority never win a job.
The "irregular activity" might be that you aimlessly added skills just to try and get approved, rather than skills you actually have.

I received an email from upwork.
Even my account hasn't been approved yet, so I can't do anything on Upwork.
I don't understand what irregular activity did you have noticed?
Can you tell me clearly?

That means you need to stop trying to create an Upwork account or get your profile approved, and find a different platform...

Thank you for your kindly reply.
They are asking me to continue to resubmit.
So i tried to resubmit every day for a week. But the result was the same.
So I retried to resubmit after a month. Also ...
