How to direct potential clients to consultations URL

Potential clients often contact me, wanting me to call them about a project. I want to get paid for consultations because whether or not I get hired, the time spent talking is lost and unpaid. I've set up a consultation through Upwork. How do I direct a client to the consulation URL so that the client can pick a time and pay me? TIA JV

I'd suggest you share the link to your consultation on your social media. I'm using LinkedIn for this and in fact my Upwork account connected to it, so anyone is looking for my service just needs to press that button. 

If potential Clients contact me via UW messaging, I just divert them to my consultation and ask them to book a date and time.
