How to get paid in Nepal?

Hello, I'm a freelancer from Nepal. In your other forum, I read that I can withdraw direct to the local bank in my country. Are there any specific banks in Nepal that we have to open our account in? Or can we have our account in any bank?Please reply!

Direct bank transfer is the best. The money can be directly deposited in your bank account (costs $0.99). It takes less than 8 business hours. The exchange rate is not very good and is around Rs. 4 less per dollar. The with

 

Another option is to use Payoneer. But again each withdrawal using the Payoneer card on any ATM can cost you over $5.

 

So I suggest direct bank transfer.
