How to identify real client

I am an Instagram marketing expert. Working since 2012 but not getting long term and original client. How can I understand who is the real client? I mean,  I am looking for a direct client, not sub contract/ agencies.

Frankly, you're too cheap for real clients.

At your rate, all you'll attract is bottom level clients, people who farm out work and chancers.
