How to key in number for contact number?

I live in Singapore and the phone number system only has +65 at the start. There is no middle number. How do I key in my contact number?

I copied this from the previous reply of a mod, maybe that helps:

"Please note that you need to add your country code before you add your telephone number. When using a mobile number, the area code field should be the prefix of the mobile number (without the 0), for example 0111-222XXXX. In that case, 111 is the prefix."

I have filled in first 3 digits of my number (without country code and leading 0)  in that second field and the remaining numbers in the last field.
