One of my clients reached out to me last night and offered an hourly contract directly. Although I haven't bid on the proposal, I am only shown the number of hires the client has made and the money he has spent. Is there any chance that I can read some of the reviews and see what kind of work that client has paid for in the past etc? I am talking about the normal reviews in client's history that you see under a job proposal.
