Hey everyone, I have a piece of advice to give you about sending proposals, First make sure you know the client's profile (name, history, jobs,).
Next thing is you know what you are applying for, make sure you know even basic in order for your client to know that you are aware, you can provide some jargon for ex. IT (internet protocol, ping) sales ( funnel, strategy, leads, prospecting) general admin ( organize, maximize, time management). Those are just example
Smile, tell them how can you help, ask questions then tell them you want to know more about the job. So that they will response.
Thanks

Good points. However avoid using Jargons as they will just confuse the client. If you can explain the problem solution in simple words than nothing can be better than that.

It is my personal experience To send an effective proposal, ensure you understand the client's profile and the job requirements, use relevant jargon to show your expertise, maintain a friendly tone, explain how you can help, ask questions to engage the client, and express your interest in learning more about the job.
