How to use refund amount

I have received the refund from my last contract and I have also end the contract let me know how I can use this fund for hiring other freelancer or withdraw my bank account and the amount is in the upwork balance tab not in the Escrow balance please let me know how can I use this

You can use it to hire someone (fast) or reques payment to your bank.

But there isn't any option to hire the freelancer or request the payment when I will hiring the freelancer to send the offer through the bank payment method there is np any option upwork balnce

Request via support, no site option.

Unsure why you cannot use balance, have no client's account to check.

I have created the ticket support and they has refunded the funds in payment method let me how much time will it take to receive the funds in bank account.

Up to 5 days. Depend from banking delays. Average is day-two.

Thank you for clearing this and just let me know the funds will automatically transfer in my bank account or I will have share the bank details or I will have to contract to my bank? I didn't share my account number or IBN to upwork I added only my debit card number details
