I CAN'T LOGIN TO MY ORIGINAL PROFILE

Good afternoon, 

I can't log in for a few weeks on this platform. 
My phone number has changed and I would like to list it in the account information, but two-step verification is sending the confirmation code to my old phone number. 
This is my old freelance account that I am using now so I can send this message. 
 
Please advise.
