I am unable to accept a job invitation

hello Team,

I am unable to accept a job invitation sent to me . 

I click on accept interview fill the required details  when i click on submit i get the error "something went wrong please try again "

Thank you for you response bu that doesn't solve my issue.

I have tried doing what you have suggested. Cleared cache, switch browsers,
even tried from different platforms, I'm still getting the same error while
accepting the job invitation.
