I can't change my name (there's a typo)

Hi, 

I'd like to please request a name change - for some reason I can't do that my end.

It's currently a typo -> Jayrd Hermann

I'd like it to change to Jaryd Hermann.

Please can someone help with this change?

I did see that info online, but it doesn’t let me change anything. The edit
icon just disappears when I try click it
