I can't get access to my account due to empty email that comes from UpWork

I can't get access to my account. I know email and password and answer to secret question but the login system tells me that the answer is wrong. When I press 'I forgot answer' button it sends me a warning email instead of email with 6-digit code. Can you help me figure that out please?

I'd really like to talk to a human from support instead of articles and bots.

Hi Yegor D,

You are right, direct communication is far better than articles and things like that. It's a common problem. I have faced this issue many times. To fix this issue, I leave giving my email and password for a while and then give it 2 or 3 tries. In a few attempts, the password is accepted but even at other times the problem prolongs and never accepts the email address and password for which I seek help from the Support team. Please do the same.
