I can’t reach the client

Hi,

There are 3 milestones of my work.

I could Uploaded the task to first milestone but I could not uploaded other to the related milestones and I wrote upwork support. They said me to send the task as messages. I did like that. The client has never contacted me during this time. He never reply my messages. Unfortunately I can't get payment what should I do? My success grade %100 will it be affected? Could you guide me please?

Hi Tugba,

You should always submit the deliverables of your Fixed-Price projects using the "Submit Work" button found within each contract. In addition, always submit work for milestones your client has previously funded; you should never start working on a new milestone before it's funded in escrow.
